Service is great but only one thing I don't like how to use your points they have a new way that you have to get a voucher on line ,well guess what no one knows how to get the voucher that work for Buick
When most of us think of buying a car, we get sick to our stomach. With this in mind, I wanted to share a positive experience I had at Orange Buick. Since my mom is in a wheelchair, I needed a vehicle that had a power passenger seat. When I needed help, Jay in sales and Maurice the manager, were amazing. They listen to my needs and understood my budget constraints and presented me with a great offer. If you are like me and don't enjoy the car buying experience, give Orange Buick a try!!! I was pleasantly surprised UPDATE Because of the needs of a handicapped parent, I traded in my vehicle to Orange Buick and I was blown away again by the great customer service of Jay Lafferty, Santiago, and the management. They made a great deal and I purchased a new vehicle that meets the needs of my family. Thanks again for a great jobs Orange Buick!!!
So I am a little short sited with this review. I knew exactly what I wanted. I did a search on GMC website to find that vehicle within 150 miles of Orlando and guess what there was 1 at Orange Buick GMC. I went there and got Nick as a sales rep. I have no complaints. I told him that this was the truck I want. He said look online and that's the price of the truck, website price had all incentives and rebate. Some may not like this but at least I knew what they would sell the truck for and I didn't have to haggle.Nick was amazing and knew the answer to every question I had. I told him where I was comfortable in a payment and they made it happen. Might have been able to get a little bit better price somewhere else but when only one place has what you want, they know it, and they still do everything to make you happy and get you want you want.
