It seems unless I tell them when I come in for service the car leaks oil on my garage floor. In my opinion I can get that kind of service anywhere and a lot cheaper. My expectations are for the cost the service should reflect that. All my oil changes have been there. I will have to think very seriously about returning.

I have a GMC Terrain and I'm going to always bring my car to the dealership to be serviced because they are very courteous and prompt they always treat me nice and tell me whatever is wrong with my car I live in Sanford Florida now but I will drive to Orlando to have my car serviced as needed

Your entire staff was helpful. I only wish that you had been able to take our personal check as payment for our new Encore. Our personal check is as good as gold, but I understand that not everyone's check is. My husband had to leave the dealership, go to our bank, get a cashier's check and come back to the dealership.
