I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Nelson Garcia. This is my guy! He knows what he is doing and was spot on in when I took my vehicle in for service. I started to explain my issues and he knew the issue before I could finish he arranged to get my Acadia in and it was out within 2 days, compare to 4or5 .he was prompt and informative as he explained in detail how the warranty process work.
