Amazing experience! Robbie made the car buying experience seamless!

My Sales Consultant was Robbie Baez. It was really because of him and his great customer service skills that made me decide to purchase the Encore Gx. And so glad I did!!! Absolutely love my new SUV and my husband and I cannot express our sincere gratitude enough to Robbie!

Came here for the first time for a routine oil change and tire rotation for my GMC. I was able to easily make a same day appointment and was in and out in 45 mins. That's lightning fast compared to any other large dealership/service center I've been who usually take 2 hours even with an appointment. The waiting room was comfortable with plenty of amenities and every single staff member I came in to contact with was very kind and professional. While I was waiting a nice lady even offered me a small lunch ziplock with sandwhich and chips they had prepared for customers. I was very impressed and pleased. I will be back :)

This was far superior to carl black gmc. There is no point going in to details but I and my friends and family will never do business at black gmc in orlando. Orange gmc was equal to my experience with fred mueller gmc in wisconsin and I bought 9 vehicles there over the years.

Was a quick in and out for my first service for my Terrain. They changed the oil and rotated the tires while topping off my fluids, that and a car wash all in less than an hour. Fantastic quick turn around and I was back on the road to enjoy my weekend.

Went in cause of a shake that happens while your at a light. Everything online pointed towards a shudder that's famous on these trucks. Waited over two hours to just see my truck parked in the bay. I had to go up and ask what was going on. Magically appears a 1200 estimate for stuff that has nothing to do with the car shaking after I come to a complete stop. Person never offered or asked for me to recreate it
