Last week I leased a Buick Enclave. My experience was great. No pressure very easy. The deal I got was unbelievable!I had the best sales professional, Tim Cook. Tim was responsible for making my experience so wonderful. He was patient, knowledgeable, experienced and just had this "no pressure" easy going demeanor. He seemed so dedicated to responding to my questions and concerns. We have been looking for an SUV for many months and had visited several leading dealers in the Orlando area. We were constantly disappointed with quality of service and the length of time to receive even basic information such as price. Then we met Tim Cook of Orange Buick. Tim is not a "salesman" but an advisor in style and approach. He went out of his way to understand OUR needs. We are delighted with Tim's professionalism and with the after sales service we have received from Orange Buick. As for the car? So I must say that this place is actually quite nice. They are in the process of remodeling (and the plans look awesome) so they must be doing something right. The service I received was great and their prices and REWARDS program are pretty generous. The man who help set up my appointment was very kind and helpful. My only complaint was how long it took. Luckily there was that little restaurant in there so I could grab a hot meal. Their wifi was kind of slow which made it seem even longer, but over all I am going back for sure!

We purchased a car today at Orange Buick GMC. Mr. Roger Menn, was our salesman, and he was very helpful and courtesy. Out of purchasing 7 new automobiles in my life, this was the most pleasurable experience.

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2011 GMC Terrain from Orange Buick GMC on West Colonial Drive. I had the most knowledgeable, pleasant and patient sales associate who was David Carter. I have been through this process 3 times prior with buying/leasing vehicles. David Carter, Sven Reiter and all the other employees made this a pleasurable buying experience. The staff was very attentive and friendly that continuously checked on my needs, bringing me water and even sliver wear when I brought in my lunch to eat. I have never had this kind of upscale service at the previous dealerships I have delta with such as Mazda, Infiniti and BMW. I am looking forward to seeing all of these friendly faces when I bring in my Terrain for regular service. At the end of the day they felt more like a family rather than sales associates.
