Over the last 10 years I have purchased 3 GMC Denali SUV vehicles. Every one has come from Orange Buick GMC. The NO PRESSURE sales experience is one of the reasons I keep going back to Orange Buick GMC.With the world of the internet, we can shop anywhere we want. I like to touch what I am buying before I buy it. The sales staff allowed me to make the perfect selection without a push.When I purchase a vehicle it is not just transportation, it is an investment.I like to nurture my investments. This brings me to the second reason I keep going back to Orange Buick GMC. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT. My time, like most, is valuable. When I need an oil change or annual service to my Denali I make an appointment, ( or not ) drive in, have a cup of coffee and a snack and they have me ready to go. 45 minutes is the longest I have ever had to wait for regular service on my vehicle and that was with quite a few customers in the very comfortable lounge.I want t thank Orange Buick GMC again for making vehicle buying a pleasure instead of a pain.P.S. The third reason is of coarse that new car smell
Me and my wife purchased 2 cars with Christopher Jones ( sales consultant ) and got very happy with our purchased. Chris was extremely helpful and showed us many different car options. He had a lot of knowledge about all cars offers and features and was able to get us great deal at the end. I will definitely recommend Orange Buick GMC to all my friends. Great job Chris!
I bought my GMC Denali in 2008 and I have been having my car serviced here every since then. Robert is always my go-to guy in the service department! My Denali is running great thanks to regular and fantastic service!
Sean my Service writer is fantastic does a great job and always has a great attitude.Jim in parts helped me out greatly with my keys for my car very nice great people person.
Great staff, great service. They don't push additional service like some other places. They have a good place to work, good espresso and coffee. They have Netflix and they wash your vehicle. I drive from the east side of Orlando for their service.
