Saturday afternoon, while on vacation with my family I accidently locked both sets of my truck keys in the valet box of my Yukon. Tom S. from the Orange Buick GMC service department went out of his way to help me. We were at a local water park in Orlando Florida. Tom did not want to leave us stranded over the weekend with 5 children and no vehicle. He took the time after work to meet me in the parking lot of the water park with a new key. He made sure I was able to open the valet box and retrieve my keys before heading off to start the weekend with his own family.I was so grateful as I needed to leave first thing Sunday morning to start our journey back to Michigan. If Tom hadn't helped me I couldn't have gotten help until Monday at the earliest and would have been late returning to work.This was an amazing dealership experience considering my personal mistake and ugent situation.Thank you Tom for compassion!
I dropped off my car at 11:00 p.m. on the 4th of July with my engine overheating. I was contacted the next day and advised that my water pump was bad and it would be the next day before it could be repaired. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call around 2:00 p.m. that same day advising my car was ready.
On the phone, they said the service would take about 1 hour during my lunch break. But the service actually took about 2 hours, so I was late to work. But the price was good, and they gave me a free lunch, so that was cool. 4 stars.
