The prices on the internet are exactly as advertised. I like the fact that they were transparent and to the point as to avoid wasting my time and theirs. I asked them for the best deal possible and that was exactly what I obtained without having to go back and forth. They were professional, courteous and attentive from start to finish. In summary, I am very pleased because they were able to provide me nothing but the best prices for the vehicle with all the features I was looking for, the most for my trade in and at the very best APR rate.

Great experiences so far. Both times Ive come in to access a problem - Ive done the repairs myself after each time to save money but they were wonderful in diagnostic process. Quick to find problem and excellent communication. Sometimes I would get someone who would try to upsell or get me to add on charges but for the most part, usually Im not pressured to do additional repairs like a typical service dept. would do.The Service dept. is nothing but polite. They have a great large comfy waiting area with coffee and snacks. Kid toys and tables. Also close to food and shopping -however colonial drive street they are located on is known to be sketchy so walking around was not an option for me- but i loved going next door to the thriftstore :)

Nice cars but have not had the best experience with the service department.
